Residences are the most personal and direct design challenges an architect can take on. The unique demands that the conceiving of a home requires can be an intense effort, and needs a steady hand to reveal the solution that the owners desire, but this seems always to bring out the struggle between desires and means. Coming to terms with the best approach is always difficult but ultimately satisfying.
